On April 20th Senior EFL Fellow Andy Noonan gives a superb presentation «Teaching Vocabulary and Grammar» in the American center. Andy has a MATESOL from World Learning/SIT Graduate Institute, University of Cambridge, CELTA and DELTA, and SIT TESOL Certificate Course Trainer’s License. About 100 participants – mostly teachers of the English language – enjoy the new updates in language teaching theory and practice. During the break from 5-hours training the introduction to the American center language learning resources were presented to the participants. In the center teachers enjoy knowing about new possibilities in learning the language and professional development programs they may participate in. |

Pavel will be four soon, and in each new coming adult person he sees a mother – trying to nestle, taking by the hand … Polina, Antoshka and Vika are about three. They don't understand yet that there is no the most important person in their lives – their mother, and their only home now is this children's home. And until now they don't have another one… We can't replace to all these children a family. But to make their home warmer and cozier, give them our heats and chance to smile that is what we can do!
For this reason we decide to make a present for the children– to invite Puppet Theater. As we are having a good resources now in Volgograd – Ilya (FLEX 98) - the graduate of the Yaroslavl theatrical school. Ilya gave a master class for «senior» inhabitants of this house - children aged 3 to 4 years. |
