On February 25-26, 2012, scholarly conference-seminar Dialogues and meetings: Russian and American theater in the 20th century will take place at the American corner of the Vologda Academic Library. We invite scholars, University teachers, alumni of American exchange programs, post-graduate students, students.

On March 17, 2012 the exhibition of models of future Vologda urban environment fragments will take place at the American Corner of Vologda Academic Library. The authors of the projects are the students and post-graduate students of Fulbright alumnus, professor of the Department of Architecture of the Vologda State Technical University, Dr. Konstantin Kiyanenko.
One of the students, Vera Smirnova, was recently chosen for participation in Fulbright program. She will be studying architecture at the American University during two years.
