From February 11 till February 18, American center in Chelyabinsk organized St. Valentine week. American center staff organized essay competition among alumni "Love is..." with prizes and presents for the best stories.
There was the presentation on “St. Valentine's Day”. Irina Rafikova, AC coordinator told participants of the event about history, symbols and traditions of this holiday. AC staff organized romantic movies showings during the whole week with famous Hollywood actors participation.
Quiz devoted to St. Valentine's Day was held by the AC staff during the holiday celebration. All gathered people taught how to make St. Valentine's cards.
About 35 people took part in holiday celebration.
