Dennis Utterbuck a visiting Embassy Science Fellow gives a talk for the AC patrons in Volgograd on Thursday. Dennis officially works for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC. He is also a member of a workgroup in the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (which Russia is seeking to join). |

This exhibition was organized by the Educational Consulting Center Students International in Volgograd Exhibition Center “Merkyriy” on the 4th of March. This exhibition
has opened doors to all those - pupils, students, young professionals and their parents - who are interested in the education abroad. |

While at a ceremony at the Elbe River, in April, 1985 Don Cole, a veteran of World War II, presented Soviet officials a resolution passed by the Cleveland City Council expressing Cleveland's interest in developing a partnership relationship. Volgograd invited Cleveland Partner Cities to send a delegation to Volgograd to start this process. |
