UFA - On October, 3 Nail Usmanov, a Fulbright Kennan Alumnus made a presentation of his book at the AC. He was working in the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. as well as in the archive in California to gather the information for his book “The Mission of Colonel Bell”. The topic he studies is the only one that links the Republic of Bashkortostan and the USA, i.e. the functioning of the American Relief Administration during the years of famine of 1921-1923. |

UFA – On October, 3 the meeting of the members of the English Communication Club took place at the AC. One of the members of the Club, the head of the recruitment agency, spoke on the topic of “Applying for a Job”. She talked about the process of applying for a job, what steps one is to take to write an excellent Curriculum Vitae, what information should a good CV include, and what should be omitted. |

UFA – On September, 26 the meeting of the members of the English Communication Club took place at the AC. One of the members, a doctor, spoke about Manual Therapy. He talked about the symptoms one may have to consult a manual terapist, the reasons for the development of the disease, the process and the period of treatment, traditional and non-traditional medicine and so on. |
