On December 24, 2011 the members of our discussion club met to celebrate Christmas.

On December 17, 2011, many children from Vologda school №1 and № 4 took part in Christmas party. Games and a lot of competitions were organized by AC volunteers.
There was an exhibition of Christmas craftwork and best handicrafts were awarded with presents.

The conference of Fulbright alumni took place on December 10 at the American Corner of the Vologda Academic library. The aim of the conference was planning the activity of alumni, exchanging ideas on possible cooperation and integration to the Russian Fulbright Alumni Association. |

On December 10, 2011, Fulbright alumna Larisa Taradina conducted a presentation for students and teachers at the Vologda State Pedagogical University. The topic of the presentation was ‘Individual grant for studying abroad: secrets of successful application’. |
