On April 19, Ken Stoltzfus, Associate Professor of Social Work, Philosophy and Social Sciences at Malone University, Canton, Ohio, answered questions about politics, history and everyday life in the States.

The audience asked Ken so many debatable questions that he had no time to give the presentation about American history and politics, which we put back to the next week. Instead, we had an informal and lively discussion from which everyone present learnt quite a lot. Among issues discussed were controversial political figures in American and Russian history, political activism and political apathy, the tradition of giving tips, and pros and cons of academic tenures.
