On July 9 a group of American Corner patrons went for a picnic dedicated to one of the most significant US holidays – Independence Day! It was decided to spend this holiday on the bank of Kama river in the circle of friends and volunteers of the American Corner. We made a quiz about the history of the holiday, greeted our American friends, played American games and had a lot of fun! We also said good-bye to our constant partners and volunteers Chris and Svetlana Rasmussen who were going to leave for the USA after 2 years of work in Russia.
