On 22 July, 2010 a group of American students studying Russian language at Bashkir State Pedagogical University visited AC. Students visiting Ufa on Critical Language Scholarship and are to stay and learn Russian for two months. Studying in various fields of study back in the USA, they are, besides of having the general grammar, lexicography, phonetics, history and culture classes, are to do their fields of study related projects in Russian too! Nevertheless students are quite enthusiastic about their Russian, saying that it was the first time for them after coming to Russia they heard and spoke English that much. No wonder, for staying with hosting families and traveling through Urals in fact inspires for learning and speaking local more.
