On 25th of August at the American Center in Kazan there was a meeting with the Educational Adviser Anna Saveleva from Moscow Education USA Advising Center.
The questions of the choice and the entry to the american universities, opportunities of getting financial aid for the russian students were discussed during this meeting. Special interest caused the questio connected with the grant supporting and the methods of participation in the American exchange programs.
Anna described about the exchange programs in detail for the russian pupils (FLEX), for the undergraduate students (UGRAD), and for the graduate students (Fullbright, MUSKIE), so about the international tests, such as TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.
Participants obtained much useful information about the education in America and actively asked numerous questions.
