On December, 9th in Tomsk American center Evgeniy Perevodchikov, a Muskie alumnus and a graduate of the Washington State University, delivered a lecture about his American life experience in Tomsk American center. Evgeniy talked about the places where he lived and which he visited while in the US. All of his stories were accompanied by his personal photos and videos from YouTube. Students saw and learnt some interesting facts about places all across the country – from California to New York. Evgeniy talked about the places which are really worth visiting like Arizona (Sadona, Grand Canyon, Phoenix), San Francisco, New York, Seattle, etc.
Evgeniy also talked a lot about his study experiences at universities: about his roommates from different countries all over the world, “cruise the world” events taken yearly at universities where international students make presentations of their countries, showed the photos of US university campuses and classrooms, talked about the process of study and graduation.
All the students showed great and sincere interest in the topics covered and asked a lot of questions.
