On December, 23 Students of the Faculty of Business Administration came to Tomsk American Center to celebrate Christmas. In fact, it was an international Christmas because we also had guests from Australia, Spain and, of course, USA! Everybody was happy to take part in the celebration. Students sang songs together, played the guitar, made snowflakes from napkins, played traditional American games. They also watched videos where the leaders of different countries wished Merry Christmas to their peoples, there were Michel and Barak Obama, Queen Elizabeth II, Juan Carlos I, and even from Santa Claus himself from Finland! Also a great surprise to everybody was a video message from Brandon Smith, who was in Tomsk in October and gave a series of presentations at Tomsk American Center; he wished his Tomsk friends a Merry Christmas and success to students with their exams. After that students wished each other, their teachers and guests Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. At the end of the meeting they sang together the song by M. Jackson “We are the World”. Everybody had Christmas mood and high spirits after this wonderful holiday.
