On December 26th we celebrated Christmas at the American Corner. The whole event was conducted with the help of the Debate club whose chairman is a FLEX alumna Marianna Sidorenko. Our patrons as well as the alumni were invited to participate in this event. Margaret Williams, a Fulbright fellow in Khabarovsk, was our guest. Margaret has already conducted Thanksgiving day at the AC and several movie nights. Among the alumni there were Alyona Zhulanova (FLEX 2005), Artyom Shkumat (FLEX 2006), Evgeniya Kulgina (Global UGRAD 2006). The program of the event included various Christmas games. The guys also agreed on giving each other small gifts from a “secret friend”. The participants of the event had the opportunity to chat while listening to music and having some drinks and snacks.
