The first event of the cycle was a meeting with a famous Bryansk traveler, interpreter and writer Aleksei Kalinichenko. He has just returned from Latin America, where he visited Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
Aleksei shared his vivid impressions with the participants of the event: alumni, teachers and students of Bryansk State University and readers of the Regional Library. Practically everything aroused interest: climate and nature, cities and villages, habits and national food.
The teachers and students of the State University were especially interested in the peculiarities of Spanish in Latin America. So, a special seminar on this topic will be organized.
