On February 19-20 the Yekaterinburg AC participated in 6th Annual Educational Fair “The Planet of Education 2010” that took place in the Center of International Trade Expo Hall of Yekaterinburg. Due to the support of the US Consul General Tim Sandusky who spoke at the opening ceremony and the Counselor Officer Christopher Barnes who presented on visas, study opportunities in the US and Work&Travel program, our participation was free of charge.
University representatives from 15 countries as well as Russian schools took part in the Fair. Study opportunities in the USA attracted more than 400 students to the American Center’s table. Students expressed great interest about the events of the Center, about 150 people subscribed for the mail list.
