“Simple French Guy” as Greg Fifis, SEIC manager, called himself, visited the American Corner for the second time. As he promised earlier, he made a presentation about Paris, city he was born and lived. He told about famous theatres and squares of Paris, museums, universities…and of course about famous small streets with great number of cafes and shops. We learned a lot about Paris night life with its crowded clubs, concerts and musical open-air festivals. It was very fascinating journey! His vivid and smart manner of speech evoked listeners’ attention and a lot of questions. Of course not only Paris was discussed, great number of topics were raised: from the cost of education to the cost of metro’s tickets. And we didn’t notice how two hours had passed. This meeting was in terms of Russian-French cultural relationships.
