On 24th of March a seminar on Language Education and Academic Programs took place in Tomsk American Center. “Study Group” Regional Director (Russia and Eastern Europe) Will MacIver told the audience about higher education in the United States and about the education opportunities in the universities of the USA. After his report representatives of the international student travel agency STARTRAVEL in Tomsk made a presentation about new tendencies in the academic exchange programs and educational tourism.
