Somewhat unusual event took place in American Info Center in observance of International Education Week. Tatyana Babkina, EducationUSA adviser in Yekaterinburg, conducted presentation in the format of Digital Video Conference for the students of Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinskaya Oblast'). Students of Magnitogorsk State University had a great opportunity to ask all the questions about US Dept of State Exchange Programs and programs offered by leading US universities, about preparation to TOEFL and writing Statement of Purpose to apply to American Universities independently. DVC lasted for one and a half hours, and participating students were very content with the consultation - they felt as if they "actually attended American Center in person".
