While February in Yekaterinburg American Center could be noted as "month of" off-site events, May was exceptional for the number of excursions. This month Anna Loginova and Tatyana Babkina conducted 6 excursions for 90 high-school and undergraduate students. High-school students from Gymnasium # 99, School # 83, Kushva town of Sverdlovsk region and students from Trade and Economics Community college and Medical Academy learned about American center collections and events, along with EducationUSA resources, services and presentations about opportunities to study in the US. Many of our guests were visiting American Center for the first time and were very excited to learn about us. Two most frequent phrases that we heard from the visitors this month were: "Yekaterinburg is lucky to have such a place!" and "It's so good and interesting to be here!"
